The Australian Valuers Institute Events
To support members in fulfilling this requirement, the AVI organises several valuation-focused seminars each year. Attendance at a single seminar provides 3–4 CPD points, depending on the content. Attendance at least one AVI Seminar annually is mandatory for all members. These Seminars can be attended in person at our Seminar Room located in Belrose NSW or via TEAMS online.
In addition, the AVI offers comprehensive CPD courses, each providing the full 12 CPD points required for the year. Information on these CPD Courses is emailed to our members throughout the year
Members may also attend non-AVI CPD events, provided the subject matter is relevant to the valuation profession.
